Delivery & Returns Policy – Cake Mandi

At Cake Mandi, we strive to deliver happiness with every order. Our Delivery & Returns Policy ensures a smooth and transparent process so you can celebrate without any worries.


1. Delivery Policy

Delivery Areas

We deliver across Gaur City and nearby locations. For deliveries outside our standard service area, additional delivery charges may apply (subject to availability).

Delivery Timings

  • Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before our cut-off time (usually 4–6 hours before delivery slot).

  • Scheduled Delivery: You can select your preferred date and time slot at checkout.

  • We make every effort to deliver at the selected time, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Charges

  • Standard delivery is free or minimal within certain areas.

  • Additional charges may apply for remote areas, midnight deliveries, or urgent requests.

Delivery Responsibility

  • Please ensure that the delivery address, contact number, and recipient details are accurate.

  • If the recipient is unavailable at the delivery address, the cake may be delivered to a neighbor/security guard or as per your instructions.

  • If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, re-delivery may be chargeable.


2. Returns & Replacement Policy

Perishable Nature of Cakes

Cakes are perishable and made fresh to order. Hence, returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered and accepted by the customer or recipient.

Quality Issues / Damaged Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged cake

  • A wrong cake (flavor or design mismatch)

  • Poor quality product

Please contact us immediately (within 2 hours of delivery) with clear pictures and order details at cakemandigaurcity@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 95400 92900.

Our team will investigate and offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement: A fresh cake will be sent at the earliest possible time.

  • Partial/Full Refund: Processed in case of genuine product issues.


3. Cancellation Policy

  • Regular Cakes: Can be cancelled up to 6 hours before delivery time for a full refund.

  • Customized / Photo Cakes: Cannot be cancelled once preparation has started.


4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank processing time.
